• Certification Details
• Active FL/Compact license.
• ACLS & BLS via AHA.
• NIH required.
  • Job Details
  • three 12-hour shifts per week, varied weekends, holiday call.
  • Days; EOW; On-Call
  • Two years recent CVOR experience required; Must be able to Scrub & Circulate.
  • Cardiac Heart Level I Trauma experience required.
  • Skills include: ASD repairs, AVR, CABG, MAZE Procedure, MVR, Infection Control, Blood Product/Cell Saver, Specimen Labeling/Handling, Universal Protocol (time out), Wound Management, Radiation/Laser/Fire Safety.

        • Unit Specific Information
        • Degree must be from an accredited school OR have a degree from an institution that is approved by FBON
        • in addition to having 2 yrs recent acute care experience - experience must be consecutive within the past 24 months in a US hospital, per facility requirements.
