Employer: Biosense Webster, Inc.Job Title: Area Therapy Advancement ManagerJob Code: A011.613Job Location: Miami, FLJob Type: Full-Time\rJob Duties: Develop and oversee the successful execution of BWI Marketing strategies, to increase the number of patients receiving ablation in their aligned sales area, in close alignment with the broader BWI commercial strategy. Lead the area Therapy Advancement field team consisting of area Regional Therapy Advancement Managers (RTAMs). Work closely with Sales and Clinical Leadership, and several cross functional teams including Health Care Compliance, HEMA, and Customer Education and Engagement. Develop and manage Regional Therapy Advancement team members. Advocate on behalf of EP programs to health system administration. Engage with hospital administrators and physicians to gain alignment on projects. Identify accounts, align objectives with Area Vice President and National TAM, and execute plans that will ultimately allow us to accommodate more patients. Promote and maximize the use of all available customer resources developed by commercial marketing, Professional Education, HEMA, and SCG. Increase overall awareness of the AFib disease state among all stakeholders. Connect physicians with commercial and strategic marketing to advocate products and programs that will strengthen customer relationships. Plan and execute national-level marketing projects that will contribute to organizational goals. Work with field sales teams to achieve business objectives. Recruit, develop and retain top talent into the Therapy Advancement team, including selection, performance management, succession planning, development planning, retention planning, etc. Coach and directly manage the performance of the RTAMs, including the coaching and managing them in collaboration with the National TA Director. Develop business critical commercial goals for team, ensure accountability, and provide leadership to ensure the team meets and exceeds business goals. Uphold all HCC rules and regulations with the field Therapy Advancement Team. Serve as a member of the US Commercial Marketing leadership team.\rRequires 60% travel. May be assigned to various, unanticipated sites throughout U.S.\r
