We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Representative to
join our team in Orlando, FL. This role requires a strong customer
service focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to
work independently in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Summary**
As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for
delivering exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients,
ensuring the timely delivery, pickup, and maintenance of medical
device equipment. You will work closely with customers to
understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their
expectations.

**Responsibilities**
--- Deliver exceptional customer service to healthcare clients,
ensuring timely delivery, pickup, and maintenance of medical device
equipment
--- Interface with customers daily to understand their needs and
provide solutions that meet their expectations
--- Build, cultivate, and maintain superior customer
relationships
--- Prepare medical equipment for patient use, including
disinfection, quality control testing, and transportation to and
from customer locations
--- Utilize a company-provided vehicle to travel to customer
locations
--- Collaborate with customers to resolve service and product
inquiries in a timely and effective manner
--- Load and unload medical equipment from company vehicles
--- Organize and execute assigned work tasks to effectively and
efficiently meet customer communicated timeframes for service
--- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
--- Track inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and
supplies
--- Locate missing and misplaced equipment as needed
--- Assist customers in the research and due diligence searches for
missing and misplaced medical equipment within customer locations
or the service environment
**Requirements**
--- High School Diploma/GED or higher
--- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a customer-facing or
service-related field
--- Current, valid Driver's License
--- Ability to work non-traditional work schedule, including
extended hours and on-call duties
--- Ability to meet physical requirements of the position through
fitness testing
--- Experience with Microsoft Office and iO applications
--- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally
and in writing, as well as time management and prioritization
skills
**Work Environment**
--- Onsite In-Service Territory
--- May include up to 10% domestic travel, including potential for
meetings or other business functions that require commercial air
travel
**Compensation**
--- The expected compensation range for this position is $43,907 -
$53,664, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if
eligible.
--- This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on
factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant
knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
--- In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of
benefits, including Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings
Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts,
