Job Description:
A company is looking for an Underwriting Technical Assistant
responsible for processing policy-related transactions and
assisting with underwriting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Process new business submissions, endorsements, cancellations, and
reinstatements accurately and timely
Communicate with management, underwriters, and brokers to gather
necessary information for processing
Create and distribute reports and participate in special projects
as needed
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree preferred, with a focus on business or technology
1 - 3 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in
insurance
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Excel and Word; SQL
knowledge is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well in a team and adapt in a fast-paced
environment
