Our law firm is looking for a bilingual in Spanish and English attorney who is ready to represent our existing client base. The ideal candidate will work closely with the firm's clients, administrative staff, and senior partners. Responsibilities:
--- Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
--- Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome
--- Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings
--- Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff
--- Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients, and completing tasks

Qualifications:
--- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
--- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Family Court in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties
--- Experienced managing a dedicated paralegal to maximize productivity
--- Willing to have difficult client conversations, while showing empathy and compassion for their troubles, and highlighting possibilities that will enable them to see a path forward with their situation more clearly
--- Member in good standing with the Florida Bar
--- Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis)
--- Ability to use Microsoft Office is required
--- Able to work independently while handling multiple files
--- Jobseekers should be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred Association
--- Public speaking, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role
