Job Description:
A company is looking for a Procurement Supervisor to oversee
procurement activities and manage supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee $150-200M in annual direct spend and manage a team of four
direct reports
Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize activities
and achieve cost savings
Resolve supplier-related issues and lead Oracle procurement
training for internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or
10+ years of experience in supply chain management
Proficient in Microsoft products, particularly Excel
Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is preferred
Ability to lead, develop, and train internal staff members
Meticulous organization and ability to multi-task effectively
