Join our team at Dirty French Steakhouse: We seek experienced Back Servers to help deliver exceptional dining experiences in Miami's glamorous Brickell neighborhood. Our high-energy steakhouse offers a refined menu with French influences, sourced from world's esteemed purveyors, and an impressive wine list of over 700 bottles.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Attend daily pre-meal tastings
  
• Ensure friendly greetings to all guests
  
• Set up stations and tables prior to service
  
• Assist in clearing and setting up tables during service
  
• Ensure clean and properly placed tableware
  
• Complete side duties
  
• Maintain cleanliness of tableware, serving equipment, and service areas
  
• Maintain positive communication with service personnel
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume and fine dining restaurants
    
  • Full-time flexible hours (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
    
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for 8 hours
    
  • Team-oriented and positive attitude
