Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Desk Support professional to
provide technical assistance to employees.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support via phone, chat, and
incident/request queues
Collaborate with employees and vendors to resolve technical issues
efficiently
Utilize Service Now to document, prioritize, and track incidents or
requests
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience as an IT service desk analyst
Flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment, including nights and
weekends
Experience with desktop operating systems (e.g., MS Windows 10/11,
Mac OS) and applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe
Acrobat)
Experience administering Active Directory
High school diploma or GED required
