clients is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to
oversee healthcare building projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing
complex construction projects, particularly in the healthcare
sector, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget,
and to the highest standards of quality and safety.Description
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution for healthcare
construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to
ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial
reports.
- Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues
that arise.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations,
especially regarding healthcare construction standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and enforce
safety protocols.
- Facilitate effective communication among project teams,
clients, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management
and stakeholders.Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil
Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction project
management, preferably in healthcare.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale
construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and building
codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving
skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS
Project).
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.Job Offer
